Key Client Requirements
- Marico Bangladesh Team has an requirement to implement the COPA for their Bangladesh plant to Enhanced Profitability Analysis and to have Cost Allocation and Management.
Our Approach
- Perform all the legal, statutory and Marico company requirements for point of view to capture the costing for the material through COPA.
- Define the project plant and roles assignment for the project, prepare BBP document for the project
- Configuration for CO-PA settings, including valuation and analysis structures. Ensure alignment with other SAP modules (like SD, MM, and FI) for seamless data flow.
- Perform testing and training to end users.
- Cutover activity of Master data of material and configuration for COPA cycle activity.
- Offer ongoing support and system enhancements as needed
