  • As part of user engagement, conducted workshops to help business users understand how the E-invoice and E-way bill solutions work. This also helped the team identify detailed requirements during the implementation phase.
  • Following this, handled the deployment of the E-invoice and E-way bill integration solution, including SAP system configuration, testing, data preparation, and ensuring go-live readiness.
  • After go-live, carried out regular monitoring of SAP solutions, provided recommendations, and implemented continuous improvement measures to enhance solution maturity and deliver long-term business value.
