Inteliwaves is the SAP partner for Croda India GST Implementation and Roll out & has been engaged with Croda India since Jan 2021.
Key Client Requirements
- As part of the global initiative, the Croda US team will perform the rollout of the new plant, while the India team will provide essential support throughout the process.
- In line with this rollout, E-invoice and E-way bill implementation is planned for the new plant.
- To ensure regulatory compliance, support is required in maintaining all statutory requirements from an Indian taxation point of view.
Our Approach
- To ensure compliance, we connect, verify, and conduct regular assessments in coordination with the GSP and Indian GST teams.
- In alignment with regulatory needs, all legal and statutory requirements are fulfilled from an Indian taxation standpoint.
- As part of SAP Application Managed Services, we manage integration with the Indian Government Portal for both E-invoice and E-way bill processes.
- To validate implementation, testing is performed for both Indian and international company codes applicable to Croda.
