  • Experience: 2 – 4 Years – SAP hiring/ Technical hiring
  • Education Qualification – Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA-HR
  • Location – Mumbai

Role Description:

  • Source and review resumes to identify potential candidate for a position
  • Identify smart talented people for growing organisation
  • Call candidate to evaluate fitment for position, evaluate if candidate can scale up and fit into organisation culture
  • Collaborate with different departments for identifying Human Resources requirements.
  • At least weekly resource planning and reporting reflecting hiring plan and learning and development plans
  • Research and analyze market trend for various SAP technologies and suggest alignment of hiring strategy to management
  • Position Inteliwaves as the “right” employer for candidates and create brand image for company
  • Negotiate with candidate on various areas such as compensation, notice period, etc
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Draft offer, appointment letters and onboard employees

  • System, Process and data drive with agility
  • Must have experience in Software Industry to be able to quickly start delivering results
  • Preferably you have prior experience in SAP or other ERP Software Organizations
  • Experienced with the entire End to End recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Good knowledge of job portals like Naukri, indeed, monster, and social media for hiring needs.
  • Decision making skills and analytical skills.
  • Tech Savvy, well verse with MS Office (Excel, Word power point), internet.
  • Ideally should have EPR hiring experience
  • Candidates from Mumbai location will be considered for this role
